Monthly Support Plan

It's important to keep your office running smooth and secure.  Our monthly support plan is designed to do just that.  You expect your patients to be proactive and practice good oral hygiene so they don't only show up when something starts to hurt.  It's the same with the technology in your office.  Our plan is proactive and we do so much behind the scenes with our monitoring tools.  We provide reports so you can see exactly what we do every month.


Our monthly support plan includes:

  • 24/7 Monitoring of server and workstation health

Many times, we are alerted about an issue before it becomes a problem and can either fix it remotely or alert your office and schedule an on-site call if needed.

  • Antivirus included

Many offices don't even know when their antivirus needs to be renewed, if updates are being done or scans being ran consistently and successfully.  And honestly, your employees should not be the ones to make sure your antivirus solution is working the way it should be.  With our support plan, antivirus is included and everything is managed and monitored for you.  If a scan is missed or a threat is found, we are alerted right away and can take appropriate action.

  • Monitored Windows updates

We make sure your server and workstations stay updated with all the latest security updates.

  • 3rd Party vendor support

Tired of finger pointing between your software support and IT support and having your office manager spend hours on the phone trying to troubleshoot an issue?  We work directly with your 3rd party vendors to resolve any issues that may be network or hardware related.

  • Remote assistance included

We do everything we can to fix issues remotely so an on-site visit is not needed.  You are never charged for our remote assistance either by phone or by connecting to your computer.

  • On-site discounted labor: $100.00/hr. 

Sometimes things just can't be diagnosed or resolved remotely and a technician is needed to come to your office.  We provide a $50.00/hour discount from our normal on-site fee of $150.00.  We never charge and arrival fee and bill in quarter hour increments.

  • Project and install discounts

20% labor discount on quotes for installs and projects.

  • Sales

5% discount on all sales quotes.


Pricing:

$299.00/Month includes server plus 5 workstations.

Additional $10.00 for each workstation after 5.

(exp: Server + 8 workstations would be $299.00 plus 3 additional workstations after the 5 that is included would be $329.00/Month.
